Raised in the artistic community of Woodstock, NY, music has been a fundamental part of my life since as far back as I can remember. Experimenting with various instruments since the age of 8, I discovered and fell in love with the guitar at the age of 12 and immersed myself into a rigorous practice regimen, often spending up to 8 hours a day becoming more and more proficient on the instrument.

As a guitarist, I have played on sessions for various television, album and film projects. My solo release "Stained Voodoo", took home the award for Instrumental Album of the Year at the LA Music Awards.  I was fortune enough to play alongside such guitarists I wrote an instructional book “Introspective Guitar” and have also worked with Guitar Tricks as an online guitar instructor.

As a songwriter and producer, my songs have been placed in various movies, television shows, and DVDs, some of which include American Idol, The Voice, Amish Mafia, Cold Case, EXTRA, The Sing-Off, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Hannah Montana, and High School Musical 2.  I’ve written and produced commercials for Audi, Mazda and Skechers.  I also wrote and played guitar on the single “I Like It” for Sheila E and The E Family.

A more in depth list of my credits can be found on the Credits page of this website.

A brief rundown of some recent recordings would include the new release by Jeff Bowders entitled “The Pilgrimage of Thingamuhjig.”  This is a record that I’m extremely proud to have been a part of and am honored to have shared the guitar duties along side artists including Paul Gilbert, Richie Kotzen, and Greg Howe.  I wrote the theme song for the tv show “The Young Icons.”  I also performed on and co-produced a virtual instrument library for Vir2 Instruments entitled "Acoustic Legends."

Currently I am working on a number of projects.  The first being my production company SonicTremor and our Trailer Music Series which is now fully administered by 5 Alarm Music.  Big Fish Audio has recently released “Steel & Wood: Acoustic Songwriter Sessions,” a loop library I produced, featuring meticulously recorded acoustic guitars, mandolin and ukulele, as well as the new virtual instrument “APOLLO: Cinematic Guitars,” which is a massive guitar based virtual instrument for composers.  I’ve been writing a monthly column for Collectible Guitar Magazine and continue to compose for a number of tv shows at any given time.

Finally, I am an endorsing artist for McPherson Guitars, Kemper Amplifiers, Westone In-Ear Monitors, Truetone Guitar Pedals, Propellerhead Software, G7th Capos, and Klotz Guitar Cables.
