Your access to and use of this website, as well as all related websites operated by Freedom First Ventures, LLC, doing business as Michael Elsner, (collectively referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to www.michaelelsner.com  and any related program sites (collectively, the “Site”), is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the Company are superseded and of no force or effect.

You agree that the Site itself, along with all content, videos, training materials, digital courses, membership resources, coaching materials, downloads, products, services, and other materials made available through the Site (collectively, the “Content”), are owned and maintained by the Company and/or its third-party providers. This includes all proprietary videos, written materials, graphics, voice and sound recordings, designs, logos, and other assets. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. The Company reserves the right to limit or terminate your access to the Site if it determines that you have violated these Terms of Use or engaged in any conduct it deems inappropriate.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freedom First Ventures, LLC, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Site. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
